Ranveer Singh’s espionage thriller Dhurandhar continues to dominate the box office in its second week, proving to be one of the actor’s most successful releases to date. The film, which premiered on December 5, has maintained impressive momentum, drawing strong audiences across India.

According to the latest trade reports, the film’s domestic net collection has reached approximately Rs 292.75 crore within nine days. On its ninth day, Dhurandhar earned Rs 53 crore, marking a significant weekend boost and highlighting the film’s sustained popularity. Day eight also saw healthy figures of Rs 32.5 crore, reflecting continued audience interest.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the movie stars Ranveer Singh alongside Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, and Sanjay Dutt. Analysts attribute its ongoing success to a combination of engaging action sequences, strong performances, and positive word-of-mouth, which has encouraged repeat viewership.

The film opened to a strong reception in its first week, collecting Rs 28 crore on opening day, followed by Rs 32 crore on Saturday and Rs 43 crore on Sunday. Even with the usual weekday drop, Dhurandhar remained steady, earning between Rs 23 crore and Rs 27 crore daily and closing week one at Rs 207.25 crore.

With its current trajectory, Dhurandhar is set to surpass Padmaavat’s lifetime net collection of Rs 302.15 crore, potentially becoming the highest-grossing film of Ranveer Singh’s career within the next day or two. Industry insiders predict that this milestone will further solidify the film’s status as a major box office hit and highlight Ranveer Singh’s continued draw with audiences nationwide.
